“Proceedings of Scientific Conferences of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University” adheres to the Open Access policy, recognizing the free dissemination of scientific information and the exchange of knowledge for global social progress as a priority.

All abstracts are posted indefinitely immediately after the issue is published, which corresponds to the BOAI definition of open access. Users have the opportunity to freely read, download, copy and distribute texts for educational and scientific purposes with the obligatory indication of authorship and source data in the journal.
