The article presents a theoretical analysis of the essential requirements for a modern cultural television program and the significant role that a journalist plays in its production. With the advancement of innovative technologies, journalists must continuously refine their professional skills and utilize contemporary forms and formats for presenting information. It is not enough to simply operate with facts; one must also know how to engage the audience through compelling storytelling, high-quality visuals, and aesthetically pleasing design. A cultural television program has an informative and educational character, allowing audiences to discover new knowledge about cultural achievements, architectural monuments, works of art, and more. Cultural programs contribute to the spiritual development of individuals, enhance their aesthetic tastes, and raise awareness in the cultural sphere. The study of this topic is essential to defining the core requirements for producing a media product and understanding the journalist’s role as a professional in this process.
