The thesis is an attempt by the author to provide a generalised analysis of the legal framework for the functioning of the EU internal market and its four fundamental freedoms, which are the pillars of the internal market and economic cooperation within the EU in the context of the development of the EU economic and sectoral policies. It is important to develop a deep and holistic understanding of the mechanism of legal regulation of the fundamental freedoms of the EU internal market, which will allow Ukraine, as a candidate country for EU accession, to fully integrate into the EU internal market, since accession to all four freedoms de facto implies full integration of the candidate country into the EU.
