Abstract

The article discusses in detail the importance of physical rehabilitation as a key component of restoring the functional state of the body in patients with various diseases and injuries. The main factors that lead to impairment of the body's functional capabilities, including musculoskeletal injuries, chronic somatic diseases, psycho-emotional overload and physical inactivity, are analyzed. Traditional methods of physical rehabilitation, such as exercise therapy, massage, physiotherapy, as well as modern innovative technologies, such as biofeedback, robotics, virtual reality, and electromyostimulation, are described. The importance of a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach involving the cooperation of physiotherapists, rehabilitation therapists, psychologists, social workers and exercise therapists to create individualized rehabilitation programs is emphasized. The role of early initiation of rehabilitation activities and patient motivation as key factors in successful recovery is emphasized. The article also discusses the prospects for further implementation of the latest technologies and techniques that can increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment and improve the quality of life of patients.
