IMPROVING THE TRAINING OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED ATHLETES FOR FOOTBALL COMPETITIONS IN WARTIME

The article deals with the current challenges facing the process of training highly qualified athletes for football competitions in wartime. The features of adaptation of the training process to the conditions of an unstable environment, limited access to infrastructure, resources and increased psychological stress are analyzed. Strategic approaches to maintaining competitive form and maintaining the mental health of football players in crisis circumstances are highlighted. Practical solutions are proposed to ensure the effectiveness of the training process even in an emergency situation.
