Abstract

The thesis presents a characteristic of the psychological portrait of victims of sexual violence in conditions of military conflict. The work reveals the concept of sexual violence as one of the instruments of armed aggression, and also studies its impact on the psycho-emotional state of victims. The importance of identifying individual psychological and socio-demographic characteristics of victims is emphasized in order to ensure effective assistance. It is emphasized that the formation of a comprehensive approach to providing psychological support is the key to overcoming the consequences of traumatization. Attention is drawn to the need for state and public participation in creating a safe environment for victims and counteracting the silencing of sexual violence during war.
