In the context of post-industrial development of society, the effective functioning of the public administration system is impossible without the implementation of an effective communication policy. The active spread of information technologies and modern mass media has led to the transformation of forms and mechanisms of interaction between the government and the public. At the current stage of evolution of public administration, event management is gaining significant importance as a tool for ensuring the communication strategy of public authorities. Its use encourages public administration entities to improve the efficiency of public institutions, implement the principles of openness and accountability of management processes, and facilitates the establishment of a dialogue between the government and society, which, in turn, strengthens public confidence in state institutions. In this regard, it is advisable to use event management as an effective tool for implementing a communication strategy in the public administration system, which allows for a prompt response to the dynamic needs and expectations of citizens. Such an approach will help to strengthen trust in the activities of public authorities, improve mutual understanding between the authorities and the public, and increase the level of satisfaction with the quality of public services provided.
