PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION WARFARE

The theses consider the main trends and prospects for the development of information warfare in the modern globalized world. Particular attention is paid to the evolution of methods of information influence, the role of digital technologies, social networks and artificial intelligence in the formation of new formats of information confrontations. The threats associated with cyber propaganda, manipulation of public opinion and disinformation are analyzed, and possible directions of counteraction are determined. The emphasis is placed on the need for an interdisciplinary approach to the study of information security and the development of effective response strategies in conditions of information pressure.
