The research focuses on identifying key characteristics of urban transport dispatching to ensure the timely submission of vehicles of appropriate size and routes to stops. Based on the results of information flow modeling, an assessment of the impact of "Smart City" initiatives on urban transport systems and improvement of relevant services to the population was conducted.
