Abstract

The theses present a theoretical and methodological analysis of digitalization as a crucial factor in the development of a digital society and democratic governance in Ukraine. Digitalization is characterized as a tool for modernizing public administration, based on cooperation with citizens, protection of public interests, and fostering public-private partnerships with commercial business structures. The paper emphasizes how digital technologies have contributed to uniting efforts toward achieving the global goal of sustainable development. In the context of sustainable development, the importance of voluntary initiatives from individuals, states, and the global community is highlighted, as well as the need to increase the transparency of public administration, which reduces the possibilities for falsification and ensures access to necessary information for all stakeholders.
