The materials presents a theoretical analysis of the conceptual provisions of public-private partnership. The definition of public-private partnership is outlined, its characteristics and goals are highlighted. The principles, features, risks and advantages of its implementation are identified, using which it is possible to achieve maximum results in the practical application of public-private partnership mechanisms.
