ORGANISATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IN THE SKADOVSK TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALISATION AND MARTIAL LAW

The activities of the Administrative Services Centre (ASC) in the Skadovsk community have been analysed. It is noted that, despite military events, temporary occupation and destruction of infrastructure, the ASC has maintained its ability to provide citizens with basic services. The experience of the Skadovsk community highlights the resilience of the ASC institution even under crisis conditions. Digital tools serve not only as technical means of process optimization but also as a strategic resource for the development of local self-government.
