The theses present a theoretical analysis devoted to the study of the role of digitalization in the conditions of war and temporary occupation of communities of Ukraine. They outline the main challenges faced by local self-government bodies during the loss of documents, archives, electronic document management systems and communication channels, digital solutions that help restore management activities, practical examples of the implementation of electronic platforms and the importance of digital archives for preserving cultural memory, community identity and documenting the crimes of the aggressor.
