MECHANISMS OF COMMUNICATION OF REGIONAL COUNCILS WITH THE PUBLIC (ON THE EXAMPLE OF MYKOLAIV REGIONAL COUNCIL)

The materials present an analysis of modern mechanisms of communication of regional councils of Ukraine with the public using the example of the Mykolaiv regional council. The main forms of interaction are analyzed, including advisory bodies, consultations with the public, cooperation with the media, the use of digital platforms and social networks. Special attention is paid to the practice of personal receptions of citizens, work with appeals and the development of the institution of electronic petitions. It is noted that the combination of traditional and modern communication tools contributes to increasing the openness, transparency and efficiency of the activities of regional self-government bodies, as well as the formation of trust between the authorities and the community.
