The study identifies the peculiarities of ethical norms in the behavior and professional activities of civil servants. Violation of ethical norms may be grounds for bringing civil servants to disciplinary responsibility, which is due to their special status. The issue of compliance with ethical norms is closely related to the issue of counteracting mobbing in the sphere of official relations.
