KEY VECTORS OF STATE REGULATION OF AI TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION INTO THE E-HEALTH SYSTEM

This materials presents an analyzes the integration of artificial intelligence technologies (hereinafter referred to as AI technologies) into the electronic healthcare (Е-health) system as a fundamental stage of digital transformation, which shifts services to a «patient-centered» model. AI opens up new opportunities for diagnostics, risk prediction, and personalized medicine. It is emphasized that the low level of digital competence among medical personnel is a critical barrier to the implementation of innovations. Key vectors of state regulation aimed at creating sustainable and secure digital medicine have been substantiated. Priorities include continuous staff training, standardization of medical data exchange, development of AI assistants and personalized medicine, and ensuring cybersecurity. It has been determined that the implementation of these measures will improve the quality and accessibility of medical services, activate the role of the «digital patient», and reduce disparities in the healthcare system.
