The current issues of public management of professional training for women in Ukraine under martial law, transformation of the labor market and sectors of the economy, and formation of priority areas for regulating the market of educational services and women's employment are considered. The need to develop a mechanism for improving the professional training and employment of the female population in Ukraine under martial law and in the post-war period was emphasized at the national, regional and local levels, capable of ensuring a balanced labor market and educational services, taking into account the significant number of women who become the main breadwinners of their families, integrate into new professional fields or return to work after a break caused by the war.
