Abstract

The theses consider the features of foreign experience in human resources management at industrial enterprises in a market economy. The current state of the personnel management system in Ukraine is analyzed and the main problems of its development are identified, in particular, the mismatch of the level of personnel training with market needs, the obsolescence of management approaches and the instability of the external environment. The key models of personnel management – American, Japanese and Western European – and their characteristic features are studied. The feasibility of adapting the best world practices to domestic conditions is substantiated, in particular, the implementation of continuous learning systems, modern methods of motivation, the development of corporate culture and the digitalization of HR processes. It is determined that the use of international experience will contribute to increasing the efficiency of human resources use, the competitiveness of enterprises and their sustainable development.
