Abstract

The theses consider hantavirus infections as an example of new pandemic challenges that arise at the intersection of human, animal, and environmental interactions and require a coordinated state response. The importance of a comprehensive mechanism for state governance of “digital health” that combines epidemiological surveillance, laboratory diagnostics, digital contact tracing, geoinformation analysis, and secure data exchange is substantiated. It is emphasized that for Ukraine, the development of such a mechanism is an important condition for early detection of biological risks, increasing the resilience of the public health system, and timely decision-making.
