ENVIRONMENTALLY ORIENTED ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS A FACTOR OF SUSTAINABLE REGENERATION OF UKRAINE REGIONS

The theses substantiates the importance of environmentally oriented entrepreneurship as a factor of sustainable recovery of Ukrainian regions in the context of post-war reconstruction. The essence of the «green» economy is revealed as a development model that combines economic growth, social responsibility, environmental security, and the rational use of natural resources. Scientific approaches to defining the principles of the green economy are summarized, in particular the principles of well-being, justice, planetary boundaries, efficiency, and good governance. The theses analyzes examples of environmental initiatives implemented by Ukrainian businesses and outlines the importance of international experience, the European Green Deal, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for shaping modern approaches to the green transformation of entrepreneurship. The study proposes key areas of support for environmentally oriented businesses, including financial assistance, simplified access to support programs, informational and educational activities, development of waste recycling infrastructure, improvement of the regulatory environment, and strengthening partnerships between government, business, civil society, and the scientific and educational community.
