INTERNATIONAL LEGAL PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The theses present a study of intellectual property protection based on the implementation of legal support at both the international and national levels. Prevention of violations in the field of intellectual property is necessary in order to protect the interests of researchers, public and private structures, as well as authors. Intellectual property covers all products of human intelligence: from scientific developments and technologies to creative works, such as music, literature and software. The implementation of international legal norms and their ratification at the national levels will ensure the protection of copyright, related rights and industrial property rights. In this regard, it is advisable to analyze the main international acts in this area.
