The materials is dedicated to the review of key digital services operating in Ukraine that contribute to the development of a modern model of public administration. In particular, the platforms «Guide to Public Services», «Diia.Digital Education», «Diia.Business», «eMalyatko», «Diia City», as well as the implementation of the electronic digital signature (EDS) system are examined. These services are designed to simplify citizen interaction with the state, ensure openness, increase transparency and efficiency of service delivery, promote entrepreneurship, improve digital literacy, and create new opportunities for realizing civil rights and freedoms in the digital space. It is emphasized that the development of digital tools is an essential component on the path toward building a service-oriented state focused on the needs of citizens and the interests of society. The thesis also highlights that successful digital transformation is only possible with adequate technical infrastructure, legal regulation, and continuous enhancement of digital competence among both civil servants and the general population. The introduction of innovative services supports the modernization of the public administration system, expands access to services, increases trust in government institutions, and creates the prerequisites for sustainable development of Ukraine in the digital age.
