INNOVATIVE FITNESS SYSTEMS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AS AN EXAMPLE OF DIGITALIZATION

The thesis explores the peculiarities of introducing innovative fitness systems in higher education institutions as an element of digitalization of the educational process. The relevance of modernization of physical education of students using digital technologies in the conditions of physical inactivity, increased psycho-emotional stress and the spread of distance learning is substantiated. The potential of mobile fitness applications, wearable gadgets and online platforms for individualizing classes, flexible training planning, automated monitoring of physical activity and increasing student motivation is revealed. The advantages of digital solutions in shaping a culture of healthy lifestyles, developing self-discipline and responsibility for one’s own health are identified. The foreign and domestic experience of integrating digital fitness systems into the practice of higher education institutions is analyzed. The necessity of a systematic approach to the digitalization of physical education, teacher training, curriculum adaptation and personal data protection is emphasized. The thesis contains recommendations for the effective implementation of innovative technologies in the field of physical development of students.
