Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the implementation of the main components of psychological training in power sports with children of primary and middle school age. The understanding of psychological training as a systematically organized sequence of activities aimed at improving sports skills is updated. The author notes that well-planned training should include both ideomotor training to develop an understanding of the technical component of the upcoming exercise, as well as special physical training. It is argued that the main components of psychomotorics are the athlete's desire to improve sportsmanship, the desire for sports competition, the presence of stressful situations similar to competitive activities. The author specifies that for the functional development of the body in athletes of junior and middle school age, the volume of movement activity and the quality of special physical training should be rationally outlined. It is noted that the key factors in building strength training are adherence to the principles of specificity, individualization, systematicity and consistency, the principle of conscious activity and self-activity. The author outlined the features of building a training process with strength content for children of primary and secondary school age. It was found that the crucial condition for ensuring an optimal and effective impact on the body is the correspondence of the magnitude of special physical training and psychological loads.
