EXPERIENCE OF LEADING EUROPEAN COUNTRIES IN PROVIDING ELECTRONIC PUBLIC SERVICES

The materials present an analysis of the approaches of European states to the implementation of electronic governance and the provision of administrative services in digital format. The experience of Estonia, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Latvia in building information and communication infrastructure, developing integrated service portals and implementing the "single window" system is considered. The conclusion is made that digital reforms in Europe are based on the principles of integration, security, transparency and user orientation, which allows states to increase the efficiency of management, minimize corruption risks and provide citizens with free access to administrative procedures.
