This thesis presents a comprehensive study of the importance of health-saving technologies in the training of young football players at the stage of preliminary basic training. It is determined that the use of modern methods aimed at preserving and improving health is a key factor in the formation of highly effective, physically enduring and psycho-emotionally stable athletes. Particular attention is paid to the relevance of creating a safe, physiologically optimal training environment that takes into account the age and individual characteristics of children, as well as prevents the risks of overload and injury. It is shown that the integration of health-saving technologies into the sports process contributes not only to the improvement of sports results, but also to the formation of a long-term, successful career in football. The necessity of an integrated approach combining medical control, rational training planning, psychological support and proper nutrition as the basis for ensuring the harmonious development of young athletes is emphasized. The conclusions are of practical importance for coaches, teachers and specialists in the field of children’s and youth football, contributing to the introduction of innovative approaches to the health of future football players.
