INDIVIDUALIZATION OF TECHNICAL TRAINING IN YOUNG FEMALE BEACH VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS: AGE AND ROLE-BASED ASPECTS OF COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE

The paper analyzes the structure of competitive activity of female beach volleyball players aged 13–19, considering their playing role. Results demonstrate the increasing share of complex techniques with age and reveal differences in serve and reception preferences depending on role. Defenders tend to use aggressive serves, while blockers prefer stable options. Findings justify the need to individualize training.
