The abstracts present the results of the assessment of the influence of hydrocarbons on the histological structure of the liver of Rutilus rutilus. The fact of the replacement of hepatocytes in a state of lipophanerose with fibrous tissue has been established. Local replacement of lipostatic hepatocytes with necrotic foci has been noted. In the presence of cellular detritus, an increase in the number of macrophages, primarily Kupffer cells, is noted. The synthesis of the fibrous matrix occurs as a result of exosomal-cytokine activation of perisinusoidal stellate cells. Progressive replacement of the liver parenchyma with fibrous tissue (F3) is accompanied by the appearance of foci of infiltrating adenocarcinoma.
