Abstract

The abstract presents an analysis of current strategies aimed at influencing central nervous system neuroplasticity with the goal of preventing maladaptive neuronal changes. Both pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches are discussed, with a particular emphasis on the interdisciplinary approach as the most promising for correcting pathological neuroplasticity and restoring neurofunctional homeostasis. The role of physical therapy and aerobic exercise in modulating neuroplasticity processes is examined. Among non-pharmacological methods, significant attention is given to cognitive-behavioral therapy, biofeedback techniques, mindfulness meditation, neurofeedback, physical rehabilitation, and the use of non-invasive neuromodulation.
