WAYS TO IMPROVE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF UKRAINE'S EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

The materials analyze key reforms of Ukrainian higher education aimed at European integration and quality improvement. They consider student-centered learning with individual educational trajectories, grant programs for students, optimization of the network of universities, as well as changes in the system of governance and autonomy of universities. They also discuss the review of the role and motivation of scientific and pedagogical workers, the importance of stakeholders, and the need for digitalization of management in wartime conditions for the successful implementation of reforms.
