Abstract

In modern conditions, characterized by high dynamics and unpredictability of crisis phenomena, public administration faces new challenges. The effectiveness of responding to crises and ensuring the stability of society largely depends on the ability of the state to integrate the principles of social responsibility into its management practices. The theses reveal the relationship between public administration and social responsibility of the state. Key aspects of the social responsibility of the state are revealed, including its role in ensuring social protection, developing human capital, supporting vulnerable groups, as well as in forming a transparent and accountable management system. It is argued that the social responsibility of the state is not just an ethical imperative, but a strategic necessity that allows building more sustainable and adaptive public administration systems. Ultimately, this paves the way for stability and contributes to the long-term development of society in the face of permanent challenges.
