DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL LEADERSHIP IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION BODIES IS A KEY FACTOR IN INCREASING ITS EFFICIENCY

The materials represent a study of the essence and significance of digital leadership in public administration as a factor in increasing its effectiveness. The main approaches to understanding digital leadership, its key characteristics, and its role in ensuring the effective digital transformation of the public sector are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to institutional mechanisms for the development of digital leadership, including the activities of public authorities, the implementation of digital tools, the creation of new managerial positions (CDTO), and the development of e-government. The role of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the national educational project CDTO Campus in developing digital competencies of civil servants and training a new generation of managers is considered. The importance of educational, organizational, and technological approaches to the development of digital leadership is substantiated, and prospects for improving these processes under modern conditions are outlined.
