The theses substantiate the theoretical and applied aspects of the systemic interaction of internal educational monitoring and external institutional audit as complementary tools of public management, ensuring the improvement of the quality of general secondary education and the rational distribution of financial resources for the security of the educational environment (using the example of the Mykolaiv region).
