The theses examine the «Smart City» concept in the context of global digitalisation and post-war reconstruction of urban infrastructure in Ukraine. The main approaches to defining the concept of a «Smart City», key components of smart infrastructure, and the state of their implementation in Ukrainian cities are analysed. Obstacles to the implementation of the concept and prospects for post-war smart transformation in the context of Ukraine's European integration course are identified.
