It is emphasized that the digitalization of the financial sector includes not only the implementation of remote banking, digital identification, open banking, API solutions and FinTech tools, but also the modernization of approaches to state supervision, risk management and protection of critical financial infrastructure. The growing role of the state and the National Bank of Ukraine in the formation of a secure digital financial environment, establishing requirements for information security, cyber protection, transparency and data protection is determined. It is emphasized that in the context of increasing cyber threats, the digital transformation of banking regulation should be considered an important prerequisite for financial stability, trust in the banking system and sustainable development of the digital economy of Ukraine.
