The thesis presents an analysis of literary sources regarding the effectiveness of using therapeutic agents and preventing the development of complications in inflammation of the anterior segment of the eye - blepharitis. It is emphasized that concomitant diseases, including diabetes, contribute to the development of complications in case of untimely treatment. The use of autologous platelet cryoconcentrate in the complex therapy of bacterial blepharitis normalized the clinical manifestations of blepharitis in the absence of disease recurrence. It is emphasized that the use of autocryothrombolysis in the complex therapy of animals with blepharitis against the background of concomitant diseases can be recommended for widespread use in clinical practice.
