Abstract

The paper explores the potential of integral yoga as an authorial method of psychophysical self-correction for musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). It presents the outcomes of practical implementation of yoga elements, including breathing, body-oriented, and meditative techniques, as well as the use of the “Kostoprav” simulator. The method demonstrates positive changes in posture, pain symptoms, body awareness, and psycho-emotional regulation, grounded in the principles of an integral approach that addresses the physical, energetic, emotional, and mental dimensions of human functioning.
