DIGITAL PLATFORMS AS INSTRUMENTS FOR DIALOGUE BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND BUSINESS IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The theses are dedicated to the study of digital platforms as an instrument for dialogue between government and business. The implementation of the digital state concept in Ukraine is one of the government’s key priorities, which foresees the transformation of all spheres of public administration through the use of modern digital technologies. The primary objective of this concept is to improve the efficiency of public services, stimulate economic growth, and ensure openness and transparency in governance. The author emphasizes that for the successful realization of the digital state, it is of utmost importance to establish a permanent and constructive dialogue between government bodies, business, and civil society. Among the instruments that facilitate this dialogue is the digital analytical platform «Puls.» It has been created to collect feedback from the business community regarding its interaction with the state, with a view to enhancing the quality of public services. The purpose of the platform is to provide a single digital tool that will promote transparent relations between the government and business, allow for a better assessment of the quality of public services, and enable prompt responses to business challenges and issues. It is stressed that the implementation of online platforms significantly strengthens the interaction between government and business by fostering the establishment of an effective dialogue between the state and civil society.
