Abstract

The presented materials examine the role of a manager in the formation and maintenance of positive management in healthcare institutions. The main factors influencing the effectiveness of managerial activity are identified, including leadership style, communicative competence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to motivate staff. The mechanisms of creating a positive microclimate within the team, maintaining professional ethics, and developing corporate culture are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the impact of managerial decisions on the quality of medical services and patient satisfaction. It is noted that an effective healthcare manager acts not only as an organizer but also as a leader capable of ensuring a harmonious combination of professional, ethical, and psychological aspects of management.
