The theses examine current human resource trends in healthcare, including the impact of demographic changes, technological innovations, and industry structural transformations on the demand and organization of work for medical professionals. Emphasis is placed on the growing need for skilled personnel due to the aging population and the spread of chronic diseases, as well as the role of digitalization, telemedicine, and artificial intelligence in shaping new professional requirements. Particular attention is paid to the challenges associated with improving the skills of medical personnel and adapting to changes in the healthcare structure, including the growth of the private sector. Analysis of trends allows us to outline strategic directions for the development of human resource policy in healthcare.
